Cy did more than open a door and hang out on her phone while we poked around like most agents do... she was engaged and always looking to ensure there weren't issues with the homes (structural, water damage, etc) and asking questions to things we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. Cy is one of the hardest working people I have been with.
Cy is one of the hardest working people I have been with. She is very responsive by text, email and phone. She is very aware of market trends and will tailor houses that fit your needs and wants. We have bought two houses using her. One was a foreclosure nightmare during the 2009 meltdown and the other was recently and she did most of the work that the other agent should of done. We wrote deals on at least 5 houses and finally found the right one. She is the best!
